August 25, 2009Boy, what a day to celebrate! Brandon received his ARROW OF LIGHT and his WEBELOS Awards in our Pack Meeting on Tuesday night. He also received 39 other awards that he had finally finsihed. It was a wonderful evening and Grandpa Boyd and Grandma Merlene came down to support Brandon when he got his awards. It was really special to have them there with us.
This was his last night as a Cub Scout. It made it extra special that his dad is the Cub Master and was able to give him the awards.
CONGRATULATIONS BRANDON FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
We had a swim party for all the cub scouts and family after our awards were over. The theme was Fun In The Sun, so our neighbor let us use their pool and we had a great time. We had watermelon and donuts to top off the night.
