We enjoyed watching conference these last two days. The kids were really great to watch all four sessions with us. Carlee had tickets to go to the last session, so she left to go home right from Salt Lake. Our neice, Melissa, came and watched the last session with us. The kids really enjoyed having her come for a visit.
It is amazing to get to enjoy our Prophet and leaders right from our own home. It is such a good reminder to keep us on the right track and it always makes me want to do better. I am so thankful that we have the gospel in these days when everything seems to be so unsettled around us. It is such a feeling of peace to know that we have the Lord on our side.
AMAZING, We have a new apostle. It just goes so smoothly. What a neat man. He already had a wonderful spirit about him.
We are just trying to hang on to that iron rod. . .
