Danielle went to Jr. Prom last week and had such a wonderful night. She said she felt like a princess (she looked like one too). The boy that asked her, Dallin Wardrup is on student counsel and is such a nice young man. They went to dinner and then the dance was as the Provo Courthouse.
During the dance, they have a prominade down the outside stairs. The parents get to come and watch and take picture, so it is quite the event. It was pouring rain, but by the time Danielle walked down the stairs, it had stopped raining. Tom and I were soaked waiting our turn to see her. It was well worth the wait to see our little princess being escourted down the stairs.
We enjoyed the evening and even went out to dinner after we were done with the dance. So I enjoyed the evening with my one and only prince charming too.
Carlee was such a good sport. She helped Danielle do her hair and makeup and get ready. She bought Danielle a beautiful necklace, so Danielle really felt special during the evening. Thank goodness for older sisters.
