Well, Christmas did arrive once again. Ryan was up at 5:00 am, but we got him to lay by us until 7:00 am. That was enough for him. All the kids were already awake. It was Tom that had a hard time rolling out of bed. We made it too the stairs when we had to stop for our annual Christmas morning picture. . .
We had fun opening our presents, and then we sent the kids on a treasure hunt for their stacking box gifts. It was an event running up and down two flights of stairs 14 times, but we did have lots of fun and laughs watching the kids finds their gifts throughout the house. There is always a first time for everything. . .
I think Christmas must have been a success, because when we asked Ryan if he had a good Christmas, he just gave us a big smile and said, "YES!"
